The Grand Master Gilbert Velez, is 10th Dan black belt in American Kenpo Karate, direct student of the creator of this system Ed. Parker, G. M. Gilbert Velez, is director of global IKKA KENPO INTERNATIONAL, non-profit organization whose main mission is to spread this beautiful martial art, the organization seeks to maintain professionalism among its members by supporting them with national and international consultants. The master Gilbert Velez began the study of Kenpo Karate in 1973 with the first great master Ed. Parker and continued under his leadership until his death in 1990.
