G.M. Doreen Dirienzo - IKKA KENPO INTERNATIONAL - IKC 2016
As all or most martial artists know, from 26 to 29 May it will be held in the city of Aguascalientes one of the largest worldwide, the IKC events. The great teacher Doreen Dirienzo is a great representative of Kenpo in the world and the main disseminator of our system, has also given a signal to all the women martial community for their great experience gained, it is certainly a great example for all Kenpoistas.
Doreen Dirienzo began his martial arts studio in the April 1, 1973, and received his first degree black belt four years later. It was a direct student of the first great master Ed. Parker from 1983 until his death in 1990. He received his black belt 9th grade in 2009 and is the best women's Kenpo black belt in the world. He is a member of Team Magnament IKKA INTERNATIONAL KENPO committee chair and member of skills, being Doreen Dirienzo coordinator of the World Karate Championships in Long Beach, California.
Doreen Dirienzo was one of the eight selected for the first World Team Atlantic Karate, the first team competition for women and men women. She was ranked as the best fighter in New England for many years and was ranked among the top 10 boxers in the country for two years.
